Important safety information for the mütesync mute button and mütesync desktop application

Other USB cords may not meet applicable safety standards and should be used at your own risk.
Using damaged or frayed cables or connecting when moisture is present, can cause fire, electric shock, injury, or damage to mütesync or other property. When you use a USB cable to connect the mütesync mute button, make sure its USB connector is fully inserted into a compatible adapter.
The USB cord may present a choking hazard for children or pets. Always ensure cords are not within reach of children or pets. Sleeping or sitting on the cable should be avoided.
Muting of Microphone Use of the mütesync mute button or the mütesync application does not guarantee that your microphone is muted. There are various factors that may cause the mütesync mute button or the mütesync application to fail to mute your microphone. The mute status indicator on the both the physical mute button and desktop application icon may be incorrect. Use the mütesync mute button and the mütesync application at your own risk.
